Subscriptions renew automatically annually unless cancelled before renewal. All content is the intellectual property of Gingernomics. Subscribers receive a personal non-transferable licence for personal use only. Sharing credentials or content with non-subscribers is prohibited and may result in termination without refund.
Gingernomics is not liable for any investment losses or damages arising from use of the content. Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the prior 12 months. Governed by Canadian law.
PRIVACY POLICY
Gingernomics collects: name and email address on signup; payment information processed via Wix Payments (card numbers not stored on our servers); usage data via analytics; email engagement data via Kit. We use this data to: deliver subscriptions and the Members Portal; process payments; send editorial content and subscription communications; improve our service. We do not sell personal data.
Third party processors: Wix (website/payments), Kit/ConvertKit (email), Google (analytics/advertising). Compliant with PIPEDA, CASL, and GDPR. EU/UK residents may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of their data by emailing gingernomics@outlook.com. We respond within 30 days. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Annual renewals are non-refundable; please ensure you cancel your subscription before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the following year.
Refunds are not available to accounts that have been terminated due to violations of our Terms & Conditions.
